Failed generations now refund your credits

Bug Fixes

• •Automatic credit refunds: If a generation fails, your Generation Power is now refunded automatically — a failed NPC, encounter, map, or other piece of content never costs you a credit.
• •Campaign Bible double-charge fixed: Generating content from a Campaign Bible suggestion now charges once instead of twice.
